The mobile treatment units developed in-house by our Engineering and Design Department are all controlled by PLCs, which allow the machine’s operation to be adjusted on the basis of information transmitted by measurement systems (sensors) and, specifically, to:
Automated systems designed for our processes
Our PLCs are programmed by our process engineers and are, therefore, tailored to clients issues in real time. We guarantee speed and continuity in-house with a bespoke program, tested upstream and/or live on site depending on requirements.
Our personnel have all the skills needed to create the program and to adapt and/or modify it if necessary, without using an external service provider, guaranteeing greater responsiveness.
Operation optimised by remote management
Supervision, automation and complete remote control thanks to the real time transmission of data, facilitating continuous operation without a permanent human presence.
