We quickly and effectively clean the aluminium fins, which represent the heat exchange surface of these specific heat exchangers, on the air side.
The process side is covered by chemical cleaning of heat exchangers.
All facilities – with either forced or induced draft – can be cleaned, with or without stopping production, irrespective of the number of rows of tubes.
The purpose of cleaning is to restore the thermal capacities of equipment by removing build-ups and impurities trapped between the fins, which slow the passage of air.
This increases condensing or cooling capacity and reduces the motor’s power consumption, along with the static pressure beneath the bundles.
We have developed a process that is specifically designed for online, dry cleaning of air-cooled heat exchangers and air condensers: Decamex®. The use of dry, non-abrasive and environmentally friendly chemicals allows us to guarantee the best results, at low pressure, without any risk of damaging the equipment and with no effluent management constraints.

Energy from waste site: cleaning of air cooler condenser
A site burning 600,000 tons of waste annually has awarded CTP environment UK for performing the cleaning of its Air Cooler Condenser (ACC). The ACC system consists of twelve motors with A-frame design.

We attended the 7th International Congress on Environmental and Health Risk Management for Contaminated Sites, which took place in Paris from 16 to 19 June 2026.
We exhibited at the AsiaWater expo and forum 2026, back at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) from 7-9 Apr 2026. This 14th edition was set to be a platform for the water industry in developing Asia, to experience the innovations in water management, from resource management to wastewater treatment.
