Boiler cleaning is CTP environnement’s traditional core business and, over the years, it has developed innovative treatment processes for complete cleaning of your facilities.
Refineries, petrochemical plants, incineration plants, fossil-fuel power plants, district heating, paper mills, sugar refineries, etc. We operate in numerous industrial sectors, including in the field of renewable energy, such as biomass.
Used for industrial boilers, from the fired heater to the electrostatic precipitator, including the tube bundles, superheaters, economisers and air heaters, this treatment:
With the aim of restoring heat exchange surfaces to their optimum condition, this chemical treatment carried out pre-operation or during maintenance may take the form of degreasing or boiling out, descaling/deoxidation and passivation of the boiler’s water/steam circuit.
Beyond simply managing the chemistry, implementation by means of forced and/or induced circulation is essential to guarantee consistent results across all the treated surfaces.
We are also able to perform various chemical treatment operations on other industrial equipment, on either the water or process side.
The effluent generated by offline cleaning or any other process can be treated by Mobile Units, if the site does not have a suitable treatment facility.
An innovative boiler cleaning solution
A major domestic waste incineration plant operator contacted CTP environnement in order to identify and customise dry cleaning solutions for 2 fired heater boiler units, each with a capacity of 50 T/hour.
Chemical cleaning of a boiler
An oil refiner recognised the need for chemical cleaning of a water side steam generation boiler as part of its maintenance programme.
We exhibited at the AsiaWater expo and forum 2026, back at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) from 7-9 Apr 2026. This 14th edition was set to be a platform for the water industry in developing Asia, to experience the innovations in water management, from resource management to wastewater treatment.
We exhibited on 21 and 22 January at the Carrefour des Gestions Locales de l’Eau in Rennes, which has been bringing together all public and private stakeholders in the water sector for over 25 years.
