CTP environnement – 200 employees, 5 subsidiaries (Singapore, Portugal, Brazil, Canada and US) and one branch in the UK – is a chemical cleaning services company (heat exchangers, boilers, heaters and the like) and a waste water treatment specialist (through its mobile treatment unit fleet).

In line with the development of its activity, CTP environment UK is looking for:

Chemical and mechanical cleaning team leader

Tasks

You will manage small and professional teams on industrial cleaning projects. You will supervise the work on sites and will liaise with the clients to solve any problems, you will be working mostly in UK industrial sites but will also be asked to go abroad from time to time. You will report to the UK Manager based in Manchester.

  • Maintain and follow-up mandatory controls / checks of the cleaning equipment in between jobs,
  • Be in charge from the preparation until the good and safe achievement of all industrial cleaning work given following working procedures and using the company cleaning equipment including high Pressure water jetting machine, sand blasting and patented dry chemical spraying machine.
  • Site management of own and core staff liaising with clients during the cleaning operation, reporting on regular basis to the UK Manager
  • Make sure your team will always follow QHSE policy of the company and carry out safety oriented practice.

Profile and skills

  • Min 5 years’ experience as a team leader / supervisor in industrial environment, ideally in Oil & Gas / power station or related industries however any previous experience in construction, welding, and mechanical industries would be considered.
  • Strong communication skills as you will liaise with clients as well as staff.
  • Successful experience in man-management and technical training
  • Initiatives, time management as well as problem solving skills will be key to this role
  • Hard worker, reliability and great ability to travel nationwide (and overseas from time to time) will be key to this role – overseas missions will be typically 1 to 3 weeks.
  • Very friendly and open-minded as you will perform your work into various multicultural environment
  • Clean driving licence

Salary and benefit

  • Fixed salary for stand by time
  • Basic between £15 and extra bonus when working abroad.
  • Contract type: full time.
  • Overtime and night shift allowance.
  • Company van and mobile.

CTP environnement group, specialist in industrial chemical cleaning and in the provision of mobile effluent treatment unit has been offering its industrial and environmental services in the United Kingdom for more than 20 years. Since February 2019, with its UK branch, the level of services has been extended with the deployment of a local workforce and its inhouse equipment.

To pursue its growth, our UK branch is seeking a:

To pursue its growth, our UK branch is seeking a:

Field Operations Supervisor (M/F)

After initial training, you will :

  • Manage small and professional teams on industrial cleaning projects,
  • Supervise the work on sites
  • Will liaise with the clients to solve any problems.

Working mostly in UK industrial sites with possible projects abroad, you will report to the UK Manager based in Manchester. Ideally you will be living in Manchester area.

Role

  • Visiting work sites and gathering technical element for helping the project manager to answer to a RFQ.
  • Preparing and supervising effluents treatments or industrial cleaning projects: setting up and following procedures according to the project and the use of the company equipment including mobile units for effluent treatments, electro-mechanical equipment to use for cleaning site industrial unit, training staff
  • Site managing own and core staff, liaising with clients during the cleaning operation, reporting on regular basis to the UK Manager
  • Following and managing projects liaising with the UK manager and the operational manager
  • Preparing, maintaining et following-up mandatory controls of the equipment (pumps, flexibles hoses, fittings …)

Background and skills

  • Min 5-10 years’ experience as a supervisor in industrial environment, ideally in Oil&Gas or Power plant or related industries however our client will also consider candidates with previous experience in construction, welding, and mechanical industries.
  • Experience in man-management and technical training
  • Strong communications skills as you will liaise with clients as well as staff
  • Initiatives, time management as well as problem solving skills will be key to this role
  • Ability to work abroad from time to time
  • Clean driving licence

Salary and benefits

  • Basic between £28 et £34k negotiable according to skills and experience
  • Extra bonus when working abroad
