Effluent treatment solution to boost the capacity of the existing station

A world class sugar industrial, based in France and in several other countries (Brazil, Romania, Indonesia, etc.), has asked CTP environnement to design and set up a mobile solution to treat the effluents from the production campaigns (beet base).

With the experience of previous interventions carried out on other sites of the client, CTP environnement experts have developed a treatment solution both mobile and easy to implement, while respecting the site's requirements in terms of costs, deadlines and infrastructure.

• Treatment on the Biomobil^® - Tank unit of 50 m³/hour (220 gpm) of effluents with high organic (COD, BOD5) and nitrogen pollution load,
• Implementation in a specific and unrestricted area

The combination of preliminary studies - in perfect collaboration between the client's and CTP teams – and technical assistance with staff training has led to achieve a great level of performance:

• Full compliance with environmental discharge standards
• Complementary processing of the existing plant (syncopage process)
