An LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) plant contacted CTP environment Asia Pacific for a 2 years contract for air fin coolers online cleaning.

About 336 air fin coolers (AFC) bundles must be cleaned regularly at this LNG plant. The AFC playing an important role in the plant process, it cannot be stopped to conduct traditional cleaning (water jetting or foam) to remove deposits.

CTP environment provides a dry-cleaning service that allows the facilities to keep running during the operation:

The Decamex® process avoids waste management (biodegradable) and is metallurgy compliant, using low pressure.

During years of operation on site, CTP environment managed to clean up to 4 bundles a day. Inspections are conducted by the customer at the end of each cleaning cycle to ensure full satisfaction.

After 2 years of operation, the customer renewed his contract for 3 more years. CTP environment equipment has remained at customer site for fast mobilisation when short notice calls out.
