Ecovadis

In 2026, CTP environment group celebrates its centenary, proudly marking 100 years of service to industry. As a global leader in industrial chemical cleaning and the provision of mobile water treatment units, our primary mission is to improve the overall performance of industrial operations while promoting greater respect for the environment.

Our services help extend the lifespan of your equipment and optimise energy efficiency. Because leading by example starts with our own actions, we have developed a strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, which was recognised in May 2026 with an EcoVadis Gold Medal.

Our 4 pillars for addressing tomorrow’s challenges.

1. Ensuring the Safety and Well-Being of Our Employees

Our true strength lies in the women and men who make up our company. Operating in demanding industrial sectors, we foster a rigorous culture of prevention and provide a stimulating working environment.

  • QHSE Excellence and Accident Reduction: Our risk prevention policy aims to achieve zero accidents in 2026, supported by our MASE, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and Qualianor certifications.
  • Equality and Diversity: In 2026, we achieved a Gender Equality Index score of 85/100.
  • Skills Development: We aim to achieve a 90% completion rate for our training plan in 2026, including practical training at our in-house training facilities.

CTP Connect: Our Employees, Our Best Ambassadors!

Our employer brand draws its strength from the commitment of our teams. In 2025, we launched CTP Connect, our employee ambassador programme, empowering colleagues to champion our values of respect, excellence, and creativity. Today, 19 dedicated ambassadors proudly represent these values every day. By sharing their experiences both in the field and on social media, they show that working at CTP environment group means actively contributing to the ecological transition while embracing a shared set of values.

2. Protecting the Environment and Pursuing Decarbonisation

We help our clients reduce their environmental impact, while applying the same high standards to our own operations. Our objectives are both ambitious and measurable:

  • Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Reduction: As part of our commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), we aim to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 CO₂e emissions by 25% and our Scope 3 emissions by 18% by 2031, compared with our 2025 baseline.
  • Sustainable Water Management: A wastewater treatment plant project at our Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site will enable us to recycle 80% of our washing water each year. We are also considering two rainwater harvesting projects at our Lyon-area sites, with the aim of reusing collected water to clean our units and irrigate our green spaces. Finally, 100% of our facilities will be fitted with water-saving devices by 2030.
  • Energy Efficiency: We aim to equip 100% of our facilities in France with LED lighting by 2030. A photovoltaic panel installation project is also under consideration for implementation at our Jonage site in 2027. In addition, we are subscribing to renewable electricity and green gas contracts for our facilities.
  • Sustainable Mobility: We are accelerating the transition towards a greener vehicle fleet by replacing conventional combustion-engine vehicles with electric or hybrid models, while continuing to deploy charging stations across our sites.

3. Acting with Integrity: Business Ethics

Ethics have been at the heart of our group since its foundation. We are committed to the highest level of transparency in all our business relationships.

  • Anti-Corruption: We apply a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and anti-competitive practices, supported by strict whistleblowing procedures.
  • Cybersecurity: We protect our partners’ data and actively train our employees on information security issues.

4. Building a Responsible Value Chain: Our Procurement Practices

We involve our suppliers in our sustainability vision to ensure that we always act in support of the environment.

  • Supplier Commitment: By the end of 2026, 100% of our critical suppliers will be required to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Eco-Design: We incorporate environmental criteria from the earliest stages of designing our mobile units, in order to extend their lifespan and reduce our material footprint.
