The limited or total shutdown of a wastewater treatment facility on a production site is challenging, whether it is intentional or unwanted. To comply with both the technical/operational challenges and the timeline of such a project, alternative direct solutions may be often expensive and/or require complex equipment.
By using our mobile solution, which satisfies all the constraints in terms of cost, time and infrastructure, the construction of a fixed solution can be avoided.
CTP environnement, a specialist in Mobile Wastewater Treatment Units, provides on-site mobile solutions for bypassing treatment plants during maintenance or emergency shutdowns, or for cost-effectively treating effluent that does not meet discharge standards.

Modular, compact, automated and safe (ATEX certification), Aeromobil® Mobile Treatment Units are dissolved air flotation units that can be deployed anywhere at any time.
These units can be used for the separation of suspended matter and hydrocarbons by coagulation, flocculation and flotation, as well as for the clarification of biological treatment effluent with sludge recirculation. It is our solution for treating wastewater stream up to 1000 m3/h (1308 yd3/h).
Station by-pass for maintenance
A major actor of the chemical and petrochemical world industry in South America and the United states has consulted CTP ambiental to by-pass its BIOX station located on Rio de Janeiro, currently dealing with effluents issued from its production of both thermoplastic resins and of polypropylene.
A mobile treatment solution to manage contaminated rainwater in a refinery
A refinery in south-east Asia suffered torrential rain during the monsoon season. A Remote Impounding Basin (RIB) is used to handle the stormwater runoff, prevent flooding and pollution of the nearby environment.
The refinery issued a call for tenders, in order to find a company able to further treat this contaminated rainwater stored in the RIB in line with the applicable discharge standards.
We were once again exhibiting at Aquarama on 29 October 2026 in Leuven.

A century of French industrial expertise, celebrated in Houston!
CTP environnement sponsored this year’s event and was honoured at the gala dinner as a centenary company, alongside SLB.
The forum took place from 21 to 23 October in Houston under the theme ‘New frontiers: making decisions today in a reshaping world’.
