Full cleaning
Fire side chemical cleaning of industrial furnaces consists of removing refractory fibres, soot and dust from the surface of tubes.
All aspects of the furnaces are covered: radiation, convection, air pre-heater.
Industrial boilers working with a negative draft can also be cleaned while in operation.
The aim is to restore the thermal capacities of furnaces without damaging their component parts, including tubes, tube holders, sensors and refractory materials.
The surface condition of tubes is restored, guaranteeing the best possible heat exchange.

Heater / Furnace cleaning during a shutdown
CTP environment America performed an operation on a plant belonging to one of the world’s largest chemical groups where various chemicals are produced using oil by-products. The operation involved cleaning a convection section during a shutdown.

Online fire side treatment of industrial furnaces
France’s largest refinery asked CTP environnement to clean 4 furnaces within the site’s cracking unit. Due to the use of fuel that causes clogging, these facilities require regular maintenance to recover design operating data.
We were once again exhibiting at Aquarama on 29 October 2026 in Leuven.
With 1,600 attendees, 158 exhibitors and nearly 20 per cent more visitors than the previous edition, the event has cemented its position as an unmissable gathering for professionals in the water technology sector.
We once again took part in the latest Asian Downstream Summit (ADS), a major event in the oil and gas industry which brought together the sector’s leaders and decision-makers on 28 and 29 October in Singapore.
