Boiler protected with Graphivia
This process consists in applying a thin film of Graphivia on the tubes. Graphivia has been developped by our Engineering service. Its application enables to delay soot bonding and therefore extend the system service life.
Graphivia is an amorphous graphite-based compound which in addition to having a high tansfert coefficient, reduces the soot and ashes adhesion coefficient on the tubes and forms a protective layer against corrosive agents.
Result
The Graphivia protection process has a triple purpose :
